The Oxford shoes, the first manufacturing Project of the second year at Leicester College.

Before starting to make the project, I travelled to my favourite shop in Elda (Alicante) to buy leather for this new project. I chose “shiny burgundy” cow leather with relief on both sides for the upper (print leather) and for the lining pink suede (goat), a very sophisticated combination to make the perfect pair of Oxfords.

Oxford shoes are a very important style that a man should have in his wardrobe. Thus, I was really excited to start making my first pair of Oxford.

However, when I started making them I realized how difficult it is. My big challenge was to make a identical pair. It was not an easy task, but I have fun with my teacher Richard as always.

The final result of my manufacturing was great, I really love the shoes that I made and I learnt a lot making them.
